Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating your acceptance. When you have understood the Terms, please complete the registration and order the Products.
Use of Artwork & Information
All copyright and other intellectual property rights for all website content is owned by Boutique Print. The information given on our website such as text, images and downloads, is available to customers of Boutique Print only. Images and text should not be downloaded and re-published for use for marketing purposes
Delivery Times
Our standard next working day delivery time is taken from the day that we despatch your goods. Orders will be despatched as soon as possible subject to payment acceptance and availability of stock. Flat-rate delivery costs and lead times are based on mainland UK addresses only. If your delivery country is not mainland UK, please email info@boutiqueprint.co.uk or call 00 44 (0)1787 212 379 for a delivery quote.
Late Deliveries
We will always aim to keep you fully advised regarding potential delays or production delays caused by problems outside of our control.We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products.
Payment Terms
Please note that unless a pre-arranged credit line has been extended your card will be charged on receipt of order. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Currently we do not accept Diners Card or Amex.
If you have requested a call for us to take your card details over the phone then we may do so up until the day of despatch. Please ensure that you provide a valid contact number where you can be reached between 9am to 5pm (GMT)
VAT will be added to all UK deliveries at the current rate at time of order. Goods remain the property of Boutique Print Limited until payment has been made in full.
A quotation or estimate does not constitute an offer by Boutique Print and may be altered or withdrawn without notice. Boutique Print reserve the right to increase prices to cover increases in materials, delivery charges or other outgoings as at the date of despatch in the case of Goods or Completion in the case of Services. We will inform you prior to taking any payment.
Damaged Goods/Returns
It is paramount that all goods must be checked at time of delivery before signing for the item(s). If you inspect goods and find any damage then please refuse the delivery and do not sign for the goods. This will ensure that the consignment is returned to us where it can be inspected, repaired/replaced and ultimately re-delivered.
If goods are signed for unchecked and are subsequently found to be damaged then it is the customers responsibility to return them to us for repair/replacement. Regrettably we cannot offer a free collection of damaged goods that have been accepted and signed for at time of delivery. We cannot accept returns of items which have been bespoke printed.
You should check all self-adhesive products for faults before and during hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. (Where appropriate we will only reimburse you to the card with which you paid.)
Sizing & Colour
Dimensions quoted are approximate and may vary by 5%+/-.
Boutique Print must be informed in writing of any colour matching requirements. As we print in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta,Yellow and Black) our print may differ slightly to the colours on your computer screen.
Warranties
You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the Products/Media your order. Please contact us or the manufacturer if you require further information.
Cancellation
a) If you cancel a contract or order, you shall reimburse Boutique Print for all costs and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
b) Boutique Print shall not be obliged to accept return of goods incorrectly ordered by the Buyer, but reserves the right to charge a handling fee in any case where it does agree to accept such returns.
Liability
Boutique Print’s liability is restricted solely to the cost value of the base media and our printing. Boutique Print accepts no consequential loss under any circumstances.
Boutique Print reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the Goods which are required, but which do not materially affect their quality or performance.
Boutique Print shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by the Buyer
These Conditions of Sale shall be construed in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Third Parties
A third party shall have no rights under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term, express or implied, of these Conditions of Sale.
